Nine Modern Apartments

Construction is underway on an exciting project in Acton featuring nine modern apartments. Hogarth Property Group acquired the site in 2022. After the design architects were granted planning approval, JDA were appointed as delivery architects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards. JDA made various small amendments and developed the construction drawings. 

The four-storey scheme includes 9 self-contained units and amenities such as cycle storage (15 spaces), refuse storage, landscaped areas, and communal spaces.
