Recently completed modern home within the Green Belt and AONB

JDA are pleased to announce that we have recently completed this modern, replacement dwelling located in the Green Belt and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), just outside Amersham. 

The design replaces the original house and outbuildings with a modern home of 6000 sqft. The pitched roof has been broken up to reduce the perceived bulk of the house and single storey, flat roof elements extend the ground floor.

The choice of materials also ensure the dwelling sits sensitively within the surroundings and helps to break up the massing. Two types of Vande Moortel brick wrap around the gables as well as the natural slate roof. Large glazing make the most of the fantastic countryside views to the rear of the house.
