JDA and JDI carefully balanced the preservation of this heritage home in Beaconsfield, preserving its historic character with the needs of contemporary family living.

Throughout the project, it was crucial to enhance the functionality of the home while respecting its architectural heritage.

This was part of a larger restoration project which included adding a new front porch, a re-tiled and insulated roof, re-wiring and gas-fired central heating. Works extended beyond the main house to include the suite of outbuildings, including stables converted into a two-bedroom annexe, a barn converted into an award-winning ballet studio, a quadruple garage and workshop.
